Geschmiedete Stahl-Pleuel mit H-Schaft

Gefertigt aus geschmiedetem Stahl (4340), werden alle ZRP Pleuel-Stangen auf höchstmodernen CNC Maschienen

um höchste Präzision zu gewährleitsn. Das Pleuelauge ist mit einer Büchse aus Silizium-Bronze und mit einer

radialen Schmiernut versehen.

Zum Fertigungsprozes gehören unter anderem:

- Winkeln der Pleuel für ein präzises Tragbild der Lager

- Rißprüfung des Materials

- Auswiegen auf eine Toleranz von +/- 1g pro Satz

-Der Abstand von Mitte zu Mitte der Bohrungen in einem Toleranzbereich von +/-.001”

- Lagerungen werden auf eine Genauigkeit von +/-.0001” gehohnt

- Kugelstrahlen um eine noch längere Lebensdauer zu erreichen

Alle ZRP Pleuel-Stangen werden mit ARP 2000 Schrauben mit einer

Festigkeit von 220,000 p.s.i geliefert.Mit ZRP Pleuel-Stangen können
